Hi, I’m Cassey Lee
I’m deeply passionate about women, our tribe, and the magic that happens when we feel strong, supported, and unstoppable. Nothing lights me up more than helping women build badass asses and thrive in every part of their lives — because strength changes everything: how we move, how we feel, and how we show up in the world.
With over 10 years of experience teaching and training across the country, I’ve worked with women from every walk of life. I’m a Personal Trainer, Online Fitness Coach, Yoga Instructor, and Group Fitness Coach — and I adore all things sweaty, whether it’s throwing weights around in the gym or flowing on the mat. But I also believe just as strongly in mindfulness, energy, and creating balance.
As a mum of two, I get the grind, the hustle, and the juggle. I know how hard it can be to put yourself first, which is why I work closely with every woman I coach to create realistic routines, habits, and goals that actually fit your lifestyle — so you can achieve them and feel proud.
I’m also a certified Contrast Therapy Coach (hello, cold water immersion ) and I host Retox Retreats — a powerful 3-day reset combining juice cleanses with movement, yoga, contrast therapy, sound healing, and breathwork. Alongside my amazing partner, juice master Juliet Mellor, and a team of incredible practitioners, I bring together all my favourite practices to completely revive your body, mind, and soul.
And this is exactly why I created MYVIBE Studio — a space to bring it all together. Downstairs is the powerhouse where we train strong, and upstairs is the yoga studio where strength meets soul. It’s also a space to showcase the best instructors and their magic, because I truly believe we need this — a community, a sanctuary, and a vibe that fuels every part of who we are as women.
At the heart of it all, I believe this: when women feel good, we thrive. Whether it’s building strength in the gym, finding calm through yoga, or reconnecting with your energy at a retreat, I’m here to guide, support, and empower you every step of the way.

My classes are soul led, from the heart and deeply nourishing. Using themes, seasons and the lunar cycle I draw on the energy around us and theme my classes, so we have a focus for the session or term ahead. Yoga can be transformational, and I hope with my nurturing, yet empowering approach I create a sacred space where students are encouraged to move beyond their comfort zones, unlock their inner strength and come back to their own potential.
